Advisory services, coordination, training and the review of legal documents relating to intellectual and industrial property, data protection and new technologies form part of Cuatrecasas’s Knowledge and Innovation Area. The collaboration helps compile and systematise knowledge of digital law, with particular attention to regulatory developments and the use of artificial intelligence solutions. Activities include a guide to applying the Artificial Intelligence Act, monthly seminars on developments in digital law, and explanatory materials on new regulations.
