The UOC–Fundación VASS Chair promotes barrier-free digital transformation through training, research and knowledge transfer to improve the employability and inclusion of people with disabilities. Its activities include developing training and awareness programmes that strengthen digital skills among people with disabilities. The chair also promotes the measurement of companies’ impact and capacity for inclusion, as well as knowledge dissemination and public awareness of the importance of breaking down barriers.
